Manizales, known as “The City of Open Doors” for its friendly and welcoming residents, is a fascinating small city in the heart of Colombia’s Coffee Region, sitting in the shadow of snow-capped volcanoes and surrounded by beautiful landscapes.

The city is famous for its impressive topography, university and cultural life, many natural parks and hot springs. Enjoy its incredible sunsets and the friendliness, authenticity and charm of the locals.

We will take you on a 30 minute ride from our Hacienda Venecia to Manizales and you will visit the neighborhood of Chipre where you can see the Monument to the Colonizers, the Cathedral Basilica “Gothic History”, the Plaza de Bolivar and its famous sculpture “Bolivar Cóndor”, the Governorate of Caldas “Yellow Palace of Republican Architecture”.

Finally, the tour ends at the aerial cable, where you can sit, relax and contemplate the magnificent scenery surrounding Manizales.
